in response to comments dated January 2009, I confirm: the key owner of Lausanne, I was forced to take either a forced menu A to Z is the boat of sushi ... spoiled for choice as we have known better. Moreover, it was felt that the menu had been imposed adjusted to match the actual price we had paid - not the restaurant we had 'offered a meal. Add a really not great, and you understand that I do not recommend this restaurant.
